FROZEN CASSAVA

Fresh cassava roots, peeled, cleaned, cut, and blast-frozen to maintain natural freshness and flavor. Suitable for food distributors, restaurants, and manufacturers needing ready-to-use cassava.

Product Specifications:

We have Grade A quality, we have the following specifications:

  • Size: Diameter ± 4–7 cm, cut length ± 15–20 cm.

  • Condition: Clean, evenly white, free from black spots/defects.

  • Texture: Dense, not watery, without coarse fibers.

Packaging and Shipping

Packaging:

  • 1 kg – suitable for household consumption.

  • 2.5 kg – 5 kg – for restaurants or catering.

  • 10 kg – for bulk purchases in cartons.

Containers are packed in food-grade plastic (LDPE/PP) or vacuum-sealed to maintain freshness.

Packed in cartons containing 10-25 kg.

TAPIOCA STARCH / TAPIOCA FLOUR

Tapioca starch is derived from starch extracted from the cassava plant. Tapioca starch is made from cassava, which is naturally gluten-free, making it ideal for gluten-free products.
